A podcast is a personalised piece of audio available
to listen to online or to download. Despite the name,
your audience doesn’t necessarily need an iPod to
receive a podcast. They can listen to podcasts on a
computer or on most MP3 players.
My love of all things audio has lead to the development of a podcast
production arm which has all sorts of possibilities. If you’d like to talk
more about how your podcasts could benefit your business.
With a decade of experience working in
consumer and b2b PR agencies, I’ve been
working as a freelance for the last six
years.
My areas of expertise are within the digital media world, including
broadcast & post production, professional audio, new media and
entertainment. From strategy writing to new business pitching –
my methods get results!
Messaging: Working out what you want to say, to who and why -
and doing just that.
Press: Telling the media who you are and why you’re great
Having a jolly: Experienced planner and blagger!
Business Development: getting you more work!
Natalie narrated Football Behind Bars for Sky 1 - Produced by Popkorn TV.
This gritty 6 part ob-doc series allowed former Arsenal striker Ian Wright unprecedented access to Portland Young Offenders Institution in Dorset to persuade some of Britain's worst young criminals to join a prison football team in the hope that they will learn team work, self-discipline and anger management (amongst other specialist rehabilitative programmes) with the ultimate goal of attempting to stop them from re-offending.
“Natalie's voice is refreshingly fitting for a show of this nature and we chose her because we didn't want the narration to be too "street" or too "regional". We also wanted a trusting, deep female voice that was well-spoken and intelligent sounding but it was important that it had a slight "edge" to it so as not to seem too pompous. She was spot on and we're delighted with the results.”
Natalie is very professional, easy to work with and very flexible.”

Our launch of M&S Westfield included a packed itinerary of hourly fashion shows and event updates, for which we needed a compare who could; think on their feet, immerse themselves in the product (in a ridiculously short period of time) whilst really engaging with M&S customers - Natalie fitted the bill perfectly!
The consummate professional, she seamlessly went from in depth conversations with the M&S team to presenting product & fashion information to their customers. The team couldn’t believe how her delivery was so effortless – as if she had been working with the M&S brand for years!
Her professional, warm and engaging persona helped massively on the day and feedback from both customers and our client further cemented our working relationship with Natalie – here’s to the next event!

Natalie’s voice over brief for our Santander Corporate video was something of a challenge, which she overcame beautifully – fun yet corporate!
She never tired of our constant request to ‘do the same again, but a bit different’ and the end result had the perfect balance of fun undertones without seeming frivolous or gimmicky.

I’ve been a broadcaster since the start of the Noughties, having spent my youth dabbling in local and hospital radio projects. The climb up the radio ladder started with tea making and weekend shows at Bright 106.4 in Sussex & Guildford’s County Sound. After a stint on breakfast at Bright, I then moved to the seaside in 2005 to present a mid-morning show at Brighton’s Juice 107.2 which was a magazine style show with lifestyle chat, celebs and local people popping in. In 2006, I went back to my roots to present The Late Show at Heart Nottingham. Continuing my love for getting people’s story on air I was a lady in the night from 10pm-1am doing the ultimate night shift!. Next stop – Heart London in 2007, then 2009 a visit to Heart Sussex and a stint back at Juice in Brighton – bring us to 2010.
Now I’m back on air across Heart Beds, Bucks, Herts and Northants with Stuart Miles on Heart Breakfast, Monday – Friday 6-10am. It’s a new show and the two of us have been getting used to the early starts with entertaining chit chat, celebrity interviews and lots of listener tales
Along with the radio chatter I’ve been busy in the voice over world with national TV and radio campaigns, promo’s for BBC 2, MTV, narration for Sky 1 and station voice for this year’s Brighton Festival Radio project.
Communications is my passion and I aim to combine what I say with what I do. My expertise in creative consulting means getting your message defined and out there!
